Shipping Information

At Qi, we want you to enjoy your new activewear as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days after you place your order.

  • Delivery time (Netherlands & EU): 7–14 business days.

  • Delivery time (US & International): 10–18 business days.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way. You will receive the tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs and local postal services.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@qilifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns on items purchased during final sale or clearance.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
